Hello to all. I wanted to write a really good review about Miss Laura at the 428 S Germantown Pkwy. from the very first day that I needed a Storage I called the Germantown Pkwy property. She explained everything required perfectly. It was a very, very, very easy decision to use her facilities to safely store my items. The entire property is extremely clean, comfortable easy to use. The prices are amazing. I felt very comfortable by leaving my important items. They’re literally my lifeline items, which are very important. Miss Laura and her family own business is amazing !!! 🤩 Miss Laura thank you so much for everything thank you for helping me and if I ever need any Storage to come up in my life again you all be the first the last and the only Storage company I will ever deal with thank you guys for being so amazing so awesome and wonderful Sincerely, Sabrina

This is a 4.5 Star review this does not reflect on the staff but the company design of entry to the property. When moving big moving trucks there’s a separate entrance near the car wash. I don’t know if they are going to post this information on their website. It would save a lot of time for filling units just like a entrance to each storage unit on each side of the building.

I needed several units on short notice. Temperature controlled and non- controlled. Loretta at the facility on Hacks Cross was such a pleasure to deal with! She was truly helpful and friendly. The units are clean and dry and I'm so glad I was referred there. So far it's been a terrific experience!
